Farmer’s breakfast – a perfect start to the day

The view of the panoramic mountains makes you want to go hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing. But before that, guests enjoy a farmer’s breakfast freshly prepared by the manager of the house with lots of love from the farm’s own produce. For homemade fruit spreads and syrups, there is spicy bread, ham and bacon, fresh milk, cheese and other dairy products. Regional honey, juices and freshly laid eggs, South Tyrolean herbal tea and coffee. Cake is also available as well as warm chocolate or chocolate spread. Then you are strengthened and ready for the many adventures.

On request, a breakfast cart with all the delicacies is available in front of the door of the holiday apartment – for a particularly cozy start to the day with the family.

We calculate 19 € for 1 adult and 13 € for children up to 17 years / per day.

Crockery, cutlery and tablecloth are available at breakfast. After you have enjoyed breakfast, we ask you to return all of these on the breakfast cart.

From the courtyard sales corner Raw milk, freshly laid eggs, various homemade fruit spreads, syrups and fruits and vegetables from the garden from our cows every day.

Fresh produce without chemical additives ends up in the glass and bottle – raspberries, strawberries, apricots or cherries. The special thing about it: A high fruit content with a low sugar content ensures an incomparable aroma. In addition, the tasty fruits are gently tempered after being crushed so that vitamins, taste and color are retained.
