Since July 2014 a tourist tax has been introduced in the region of South Tyrol. It amounts to 2.10 € in our township per person (aged over 14) and day. We kindly ask you to pay the tax at the end of your stay on-site.
The total amount of your booked stay contains the final clean-up, yet we reserve the right to charge up to 30 € for an extended final clean-up.

Booking will be treated as binding as soon as we receive the deposit , per week and apartment and your booking confirmation in writing. We only accept booking in writing.

Payment
Please settle the bill with a bank transfer or cash before you leave. As an alternative, we accept the following means of payment : cash card, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard). Please note that the cash limit in Italy amounts to max. € 499,00.
Arrival and departure
The apartments are available for you to occupy from 3:00 pm. Please inform us in case you are checking in later. We request that you vacate your apartment by 10.00 am on your day of departure.
Waste separation: For the sake of our environment, we ask you to separate your waste. Various containers are available in the yard for this purpose.
- Up to 90 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 89 to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the trip price
- 29 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the trip price
- From 7 days before arrival: 90% of the trip price
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked arrangement will be charged.

The Almencard Plus is available in every partner hotel for free. It must be validated before every journey. The card is valid only during your stay. It must be completed and it is not transferable.
Südtirol Guest Pass – information
- Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
- The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
- The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
