Price conditions
- The prices shown apply to 2 people per night for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- For stays of less than 4 nights, we charge a short-stay supplement of €30 per unit and night.
- Final cleaning is included in the price. In the event of exceptionally high cleaning requirements, we reserve the right to charge an additional €30.
- The local tax is €2.10 per person and night for guests aged 14 and over and is not included in the accommodation price. It is paid on-site.
Discounts & additional persons
- Children up to 1.99 years stay for free – in their parents’ bed or in their own travel cot
- Children from 2 to 5.99 years: €25 per child and night
- Children from 6 to 13.99 years: €34 per child and night
- Additional persons aged 14 and over: €39–45 per person and night, depending on the apartment
- Additional persons aged 14 and over in Chalet Lärche: €60 per person and night

Services for a surcharge
- Breakfast trolley with farm-grown products: €19 per person, with advance order
- Sales corner: farm-grown products available directly at the farm
- Bed linen service: €10
- Travel cot: €10 per night
- Laundry and ironing facilities: €7
- E-car charging station: for a fee
- Pick-up service: from the Spisser Kreuzung bus stop on arrival and departure for up to 4 people, by prior arrangement only
Pets
- Small pets are welcome by prior arrangement. The requirement is that the animal is not left alone in the accommodation.
- The surcharge is €22 per pet and night. Please bring your own basket or blanket.
Booking & deposit
- Bookings are only accepted in writing. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit and the sending of our booking confirmation.

Payment
- We ask you to settle the bill for your stay no later than the evening before your departure.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, debit cards, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and EuroCard.
- Please note the cash limit of €4,999 applicable in Italy.
Arrival & departure
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know briefly. - Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Cancellation policy
In the event that you cannot start your holiday, the following cancellation conditions apply in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
- Up to 90 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 89 to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the travel price
- 29 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the travel price
- From 7 days before arrival: 90% of the travel price
- In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the booked travel price
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. Please inform us as early as possible if you cannot start your holiday.
The deposit paid will not be refunded. Alternatively, you will receive a voucher for your next booking at Forchnerhof.
To protect yourself against unforeseen cancellation costs, we recommend the Roter Hahn cancellation protection.
Waste separation
For the sake of the environment, we ask you to separate your waste. The corresponding containers are available directly at the farm.
